Terms of Use
1. Scope and operator
These Terms govern your use of ProofPitch: the web app (PWA) at app.proofpitch.online, the Telegram Mini App and the bot @proofpitch_bot. "ProofPitch", "we" and "our" refer to the operator of the service:
- Operator: COSOVICI GROUP S.R.L., which operates the ProofPitch service.
- Contact: support [at] proofpitch [dot] online.
- A postal address will be published before any paid plan is offered.
By using the service you accept these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how data is processed; accepting these Terms is not consent to optional tracking or marketing.
2. Eligibility
ProofPitch is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If local rules set a higher age for gambling, that higher age applies to any linked gambling activity. Do not use the service where its provision or your use would be unlawful.
3. Nature of the service
We provide information, probability estimates and optional analytical recommendations about football. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept or settle bets, and we do not guarantee accuracy, wins, profits or protection from losses. You remain responsible for your decisions. Using ProofPitch never requires you to place a bet or open a third-party account.
4. Model and data limitations
Forecasts are uncertain. Input data, market information and match schedules can contain errors, change or arrive late. The beta may omit relevant information, including line-ups and injuries. Retrospective calculations are different from forecasts recorded before the match. Ratings and any displayed reference threshold are analytical tools, not instructions to wager.
5. Accounts and security
Some functions use an anonymous device key or your Telegram identity; a closed test may use a login and password. Keep any login credentials confidential and tell support if you suspect unauthorised access. Never send passwords or one-time codes to support.
6. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or use the service for unlawful activity. Do not resell our content, redistribute it commercially or extract it in bulk by automated means without permission. This does not restrict rights that applicable law gives you.
7. Paid plans
New accounts get a free 7-day trial with full access, without payment details. ProofPitch Premium is a paid access period, sold for a fixed time. A period paid in cryptocurrency or with Telegram Stars is not renewed automatically; a period paid by bank card is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it, as the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy explains. The plans, prices, the ways to pay and the cancellation and refund terms are in the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of the paid-service terms. The price, currency and period are shown on the order screen before you pay. Nothing is charged unless you complete an order that says so.
8. Third-party and affiliate links
Some links are paid referrals: we may receive compensation if a referral qualifies. A link takes you to a separate service with its own terms and privacy notice. We do not control its accounts, odds, licensing, eligibility decisions, payments or disputes. A link is not an assurance that the destination is suitable or lawful for you.
9. Intellectual property
ProofPitch content, presentation and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Your access is for personal use; it does not transfer ownership. Rights in third-party names, data and materials remain with their owners.
10. Availability and changes
The beta may change and may be interrupted. We may update features, coverage or the model. If we introduce paid plans, a material change to a paid service will be notified, with any cancellation, remedy or refund required by applicable law.
11. Suspension
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to deal with security problems, unlawful activity, misuse (including automated bulk extraction) or non-payment. Where appropriate we will explain the reason.
12. Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that forecasts or third-party information will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for decisions to wager. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply where they live. Please contact support first with a complaint; we try to resolve it directly. We do not impose mandatory arbitration.
14. Changes to these Terms and contact
